In a world divided with so much hate, with wars exploding and blood pouring with innocent lives lost, love seems to be disappearing, and it is almost as if the candle of love is burning so thinly these days. Media and politics are greatly feeding on this separation and division, which focuses only on the darkness, but I believe that we, more than ever, need to reconnect with our true essence, which is LOVE.
We are spiritual beings having a human experience. If we reconnect with our spirit, we will touch and reconnect with who we are.
I feel this so intensely right now. I believe that more than ever, there is a call to stay in our hearts, and there is a need to hold the light in our words, our actions, and our reactions. We often speak about social change and how the world needs to change, but it all starts with us. Social change starts with personal change. Now, think with me for a moment, can we expect the world to transform if we are not ready for our internal transformation? I don’t believe we can shift the consciousness of our world if we don’t shift our own. I wonder, would we ever experience world peace without experiencing inner peace first? I believe that the more anger and hate we feed, the stronger it gets, and it contagiously spreads. However, if instead of spreading hate, what if we spread LOVE? What changes would we experience in our world? Have you ever wondered?
As an energy healer and holistic educator in service to others, I need to remain in my heart and hold the light by holding humanity in my prayers and sending healing. This world is showing the results of our wounded egos, toxic power, and unhealed traumas. Sadly, most of us choose to remain focused on the unconscious living rather than healing, evolving, growing, learning and loving.
We are all connected, we all have the same basic needs, but still, we walk on this earth thinking that there is a hierarchy in humanity. If we could only see energy and souls, we would see how everything is connected. Separation is an illusion. I believe that there is darkness, and this darkness reveals itself in all the evil that our world is suffering from. However, I also firmly believe with all my heart that light conquers darkness.
If each one of us decides to stay in our hearts and hold the light, it will create a powerful chain with the most high-powered one, the power of love. Love has the highest frequencies of all. It is difficult to stay in our hearts when so much hate, suffering, unfairness, and atrocities are happening in every second in the world.
I don’t have the power to stop the wars or the madness of people in power. I can only use the best weapons of all, the most powerful ones, which are the power of prayer and the power of love. I want to believe that the more we shift our consciousness, the more we spread love and the stronger it gets, that we may impact and shift the consciousness of this world.
